R D Masonry Limited undertakes structural masonry works and structural alterations as part of both new build and existing building projects. This includes the construction of load-bearing walls, structural blockwork, and alterations to existing masonry where structural integrity must be carefully managed.

Structural works are carried out strictly in accordance with approved drawings, engineer’s details and relevant building regulations. Where alterations are involved, careful consideration is given to temporary support, sequencing of works and the interaction between existing and new structural elements to ensure stability is maintained at all times.

We regularly work alongside structural engineers, building control and main contractors, ensuring that structural masonry is integrated correctly within the wider build programme. This collaborative approach allows works to be planned and executed in a controlled and methodical manner, particularly where alterations or complex structural interfaces are required.

All structural masonry is completed using appropriate materials and proven construction methods, with accuracy, alignment and load transfer carefully considered throughout the process.
